It’s important to us to have satisfied shoppers, therefore in cases of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, please send me an email with a photo showing the damage or discrepancy as soon as possible. If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame is required for confirmation purposes. I have a 30 day window from date of product delivery to contact my print provider to request replacement or refund.

**If an order is being returned to sender/lost in transit, and an invalid address was provided, a refund of the product price only will be issued.
